PAYMENT:

We currently accept al major credit cards and Paypal. Sorry we do not accept checks at this time.


SHIPPING:

We ship all orders via USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number when item/s ship to email address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking number/s when orders process. Tracking will update once item/s are picked up by mail carrier. Do not panic if items are not showing movement right away. It can take 3-7 days for your item/s to be delivered. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the United States Postal Service and address the issue directly with them. Sole Accessories & Apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
